Al Qai’da’s Demands—A Blueprint of Caliphate Jihadism

Adam Yahize Gadahn, A.K.A. “Azzam the American”, has given the United States terms of surrender to al Qai’da’s demands as drawn up by Dr. Ayman al Zawahiri, the second in command of the transnational Global Caliphate Jihadist-terrorist organization. In this article I will talk about what each of the six terms of surrender demanded by al Qai’da mean, and how al Qai’da plans to use these terms as a mechanism of Jihadist conquest and the implementation of the Global Caliphate and more specifically, global Sharia Law.

Azzam the American listed the terms of surrender in the following order, followed by my analysis of what these terms mean for the United States and its democratic allies in the west.

1) Remove every soldier, spy, attaché and any other American representative at any level from all Islamic lands in the world.

This al Qai’da demand would set the stage for the creation of a very fluid command and control function for Caliphate Jihadists to travel to and between all Islamic countries to open up new fronts in the conquest of western civilization and the establishment of the Global Caliphate. If the United States were to remove all of its soldiers and intelligence personnel from Islamic countries, the governments of those countries would bend to the wishes of al Qai’da so that they would not lose power. This would also curtail and prevent US Intelligence from being an early warning system for the terrorist attacks that would certainly follow across the full spectrum of sovereign nations that global Jihadism would target.

Al Qai’da’s demand in this regard claims that if one soldier, spy, attaché, or any other representative is found in an Islamic country, such an infraction would be justification for total war against the American people.

Does any doubt remain as to the dangerousness of the Global Caliphate movement and its military wing—it’s martyrdom seekers?

2) End all support for the 56+ apostate Islamic regimes in the Islamic world so that they may meet the fate of the soldiers of Islam.

Al Qai’da not only has its sights set on the conquest and destruction of the United States and Europe, but also of every Islamic country that it views as an “apostate” regime. Since al Qai’da is defining what “apostate” means, that could be any Islamic country by definition. If the United States does not only remove all of its soldiers, spies, attaches and representatives out of Islamic countries as well as ending all other forms of support, the war against Americans will continue. Without US support of these particular Islamic countries, many of those countries will become failed states that will fall directly into the hands of the Global Caliphate camp.

This demand is exceptionally dangerous for the west and may lead the United States into a full mobilization that may require the full complement of the US arsenal.

3) End all forms of support, economic, military and moral, to the State of Israel.

Certainly one of the Global Caliphate Jihadist Movement’s primary initiatives has been the destruction of the State of Israel. The Global Caliphate plan for a second Holocaust of the Jews is structured in the Jihadist attunement to National Socialism and Nazism specifically. After the Jews are wiped out completely in the Middle East, the Global Caliphate will then claim that it has seized all religious sites of importance in the world, and that it is the sole originator of theocratic “truth”. Jihadi doctrine will then prevent all other religions from gaining access to the religious sites in Israel dating to antiquity and demand conversions of all religious competitors to Islam under threat of total war. All foreign churches and religions will be attacked by official Fatwa, their followers liquidated and the physical structures where they gather will be razed. The Global Caliphate cannot claim universal truth unless it can disprove the Holy Bible interpretation of the end-times, that the Jews are the chosen people of God. If all of the Jews are destroyed, Islam will claim that its God, Allah, is the only true God, and it will become a crime punishable by death internationally through Islamic Imams for anyone to even mention the possible existence of any other deity. Removing the Jews from the territories of the State of Israel must occur for the Global Caliphate agenda, the global implementation of Sharia Law.

Now opponents of Global Caliphate awareness will claim that no such agenda exists. They claim this even as they claimed on September 10, 2001, that Islam would never be able to unite effectively against western interests anywhere in the world, and that Islam was no threat to western civilization.

The State of Israel has been under attack in recent years using one of the tactics used by Adolf Hitler during World War Two—the launching of military rockets upon Jewish civilian populations. These attacks are just the beginning, and attacks designed just to soften the populations of Israel up to further, devastating attacks. If the United States leaves the Islamic world to the demands and whims of al Qai’da, you could expect to see with certainty tens of thousands of battle-hardened insurgent and terrorist forces linking up in a transnational way with Hezbollah in Lebanon and other terrorist forces in the Middle East to descend upon the State of Israel.

4) Cease all interference in the cultural aspects of Islamic countries, to include broadcasting information into those countries, so as not to “corrupt” the minds of Islamic peoples and sway them away from the Global Caliphate agenda.

There is nothing more unsettling to competitors that believe they have a monopoly on the truth more than injecting your side into their debate. Caliphate Jihadism is especially vulnerable and intolerant of such views, and as Azzam the American has explained, Caliphate Jihadism will unleash 1,000 Jihadist bombs for every single voice of opposition to the group’s “truth”. The United States would be well-served here to step up its information campaigns into Islamic countries, because this is a tactic that was very effective against other perverse centers of ideological power such as communism in the twentieth century. That said—it would also be advantageous to prepare for numerous martyrdom-seeking bombings against western targets as such an information program continues against the self-defined Jihadist claim of universal truth.

5) Impose a blanket ban on all interference in the education and broadcasting directly into Islamic countries. (Furtherance of the “anti-corruption” of Islamic minds agenda)

The Caliphate Jihadist plan can only succeed if generations of young Islamic children become loyal to it. This training occurs at the Madrassas in all Islamic countries, supplemented by strict ideological totalitarian controls via the mosque archipelago. Western countries will not be able to stop the sociopathological underpinnings of the Global Caliphate agenda unless they can interdict this radical theocratic education system that is entrenched in the Islamic world. Failure to do so means generations of new martyrdom-seekers striking western targets with Shahid suicide vests and truck bombs. This could mean a century war.

6) Free all Islamic prisoners from United States’ prisons.

This demand by the al Qai’da leadership cell seeks not only the release of all Islamic terrorists that the United States has captured and imprisoned from Islamic national points of origin, but US citizens that have converted to Islam while sentenced to serve prison time in US prisons. Al Qai’da hopes to build terrorist cells and the foundation of a terrorist movement inside the United States from within the ranks of these Islamic prisoners, and former prisoners. Azzam the American has clearly been advising Dr. Ayman al Zawahiri about cultural fault-lines inside the United States, and make no mistake, al Qai’da would immediately seize any and all opportunities to augment and otherwise support such divisions in a call to action against the US government.

So it is important to keep in mind that al Qai’da is not just talking about prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, but nearly one million domestic prisoners in US prisons that claim to be of the Islamic faith. Caliphate Jihadism doesn’t recognize the legitimacy of western law and governance.
