Ayman al Zawahiri, the 2nd in command of al Qai’da, recently extended an invitation to the Islamic Jihad Army (Islamic State of Iraq) terrorist organization to join the ranks of al Qai’da (The Base). In the following video it is clear why the primary al Qai’da terrorist leadership cell is very interested in recruiting this group operating inside Iraq. The Islamic Jihad Army, publicly known as the Islamic State of Iraq, is in the process of perfecting extremely dangerous propane bombs which also carry payloads of military-grade high-explosive munitions. The terrorist organization is pressuring large propane tanks beyond their safe capacity, loading them into large trucks, and then delivering them to their targets as a sort of Jihadist precision-guided munition.

The blast radius of these new weapons almost mirrors a fuel-air type of military ordnance that is designed by the terrorists to prevent any effective minimum safe distance if the terrorist attack is detected upon the avenue of approach toward the terrorist’s battlefield objective.

Anyone that claims that there is no “War on Terrorism” should be directed to this page so they can view what could be coming to the United States in terms of a very effective terrorist weapon that could be used against all kinds of American targets. In the United States, state governments in coordination with the US Federal Government should act immediately to devise force protection adjustments for critical installations involved in the continuity of government. The weapons that terrorist organizations are now developing are clearly weapons of mass destruction definable due to their yield and actionable effects upon unsuspecting targets.
